Projects
Create, build, and share your Projects with co-workers. Collaborate and spread the knowledge with your team so load in goes smoothly.
Break your projects up into Project Parts and Positions to organize everything with shared color systems and reports. Add notes and todo to your project, and hints as reminders to your positions
Equipment
Quickly add equipment to your project in bulk, then match to your existing inventories to correct spelling or short-hand. Create inventory items directly from the equipment page or create aliases to existing inventory items to handle new equipment or spellings. Sort and organize into your Parts and Positions, Cases, and Bundles.
Inventory
Create, manage, and share inventories. Let other users and crew use one unified inventory, allowing an inventory per vendor and personal inventories for your miscellaneous gear. Add categories to better organize your equipment, and filter your reports in bulk.
Fixtures
Add Fixture Types to your inventory from our repository or quickly create your own, then add fixtures to your Projects. Share with other users alongside your inventories, and add fixture modes, aliases, and DMX layouts
Patching
Patch your fixtures with an intuitive drag-and-drop interface, and use the "AutoPatch" to patch entire positions at once. Get patch sheets in either Fixture Number view for the Board Ops or Universe view for your techs. Universes can be moved around as needed as single universes or in bulk, and automatically cleaned up and sorted by fixture number
Circuiting
Create multi and single circuit cables (Socas and Edisons), and add fixtures to individual circuits. Add multiple racks and move cables between racks as needed. Set the phasing, voltage, and number of circuits per multi. Group racks onto services and by color, separating the loads and getting breakdowns with reports and labels per service and rack
Vectorworks Integration
Import and Export to Vectorworks via the plugin. Push from Vectorworks to PWS to create all the fixtures and bring in any existing information, then use PWS to update the information and send it back. Add jumpers and attachments to your fixtures to have them added to your equipment lists. Create cables and looms from symbol information, and bring in any symbol as a generic piece of equipment by attaching a simple record in Vectorworks.
Cable/Looming
Add, label, and loom cables, adding them to your equipment lists while creating the reports and labels for the crew to build looms with. Duplicate, extend, generate based on lengths, and attach to circuits and fixtures to track universes and circuit information automatically.
Packaging
Create equipment cases and assign them to your equipment, creating pull lists with specific packaging information. Set packing information for your inventory items to automatically create cases, add items, and get a case list.
Ordering
Track gear as it's ordered and received, filter Vendor Order reports by "unordered" and mark gear received as it's delivered
Reports
Use a variety of reports to share information, help with prep, and use on site.
Labels
Use the pre-built labels for Fixtures, Cables, Breakouts, and Universes, or create your own with our Labelmaker. Find Labelmaker labels created by other users and share your own with Labelsharing.
Truss Tapes
Add a single symbol to your Vectorworks file with Position, Length, Start and Stop labels to create simple truss tapes and print directly from your browser.
